Hello everyone,
This week was the best one I've had
in this area. We taught 17 lessons and had 147 contacts; almost 20 lessons (which
is the ultimate goal) but not quite there. It all started with a great day on Tuesday.
Monday is our P-day and Tuesday is the first full day of the week. We kicked
off the week having 7 lessons on Tuesday and picking up two of our 3 new
investigators on Tuesday as well, we were pretty stoked for what was to come.
The rest of the week was pretty normal.
Julio is going to get baptized next Sunday,
his little brothers birthday was yesterday so, we scheduled it to where the
rest of his family could come.
We picked up a new investigator this
week, his name is Felipe. He was super interested in the principle of eternal
families. I'm excited to start teaching him more.
We also got a member referral named
Adriana, she has been interested in the book of Mormon for the longest time and
we'll put her on date this week. She's super solid.
Ricardo (the guy we baptized on the
20th) is SOLID. He loves church. He loves meeting with us and hopefully we can
baptize the rest of his family soon.
The work, our investigators, and we
as missionaries are all progressing as the time goes on. I'm so grateful to be
a servant of the Lord. He loves us all so much. He's handing out the Benjamin, (editor's
note: not sure what that means…but I bet it’s a good thing!) all we have to do is take it. The church is
true. The sacrament cleanses us, and makes it so we can feel the Spirit and be
happy in this life.
Go to church and take the sacrament, repent; I
do it daily, and feel the happiness and cleanliness of the Holy Ghost in your
life. Tons read these emails, act upon the promptings and feelings you're
receiving. I love you all and hope the week is a great one!
